中西医结合治疗肺结核53例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis for 53 Cases

目的探讨应用中西医结合治疗肺结核的临床效果。方法将106例肺结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组以西医常规治疗为基础,加用百合汤进行治疗。结果观察组治疗后各项症状评分、肝功能损伤率、胃肠道反应、病灶吸收率与对照组相比有明显差异P<0.05,但不良反应对比无差异P>0.05。结论肺结核患者的治疗过程中,应用中西医结合治疗,具有较好效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods106 cases of tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 53 cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The observation group was treated Baihe decoction on the basis of the routine Western medicine. Results After treatment, the symptoms score, liver function injury rate, gastrointestinal reaction, and the absorption rate of the lesions of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group P〈0.05, but no difference in adverse reactions P〉0.05. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis has better effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
