中西医结合治疗中重度反流性食管炎48例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Moderately Severe Reflux Esophagitis for 48 Cases

目的总结中西医结合治疗中重度反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将收治的96例中重度反流性食管炎患者,均分为两组,对照组48例用常规西药治疗,观察组48例用中西医结合治疗,对比分析不同方法疗效、复发率、生活质量情况。结果观察组治疗有效率、随访6~12个月的复发率以及治疗后MCS、PCS、总评分明显优于对照组,P〈0.05有统计学意义。结论中重度反流性食管炎采用中西医结合治疗改善患者症状效果显著,可显著提高患者的生活质量水平。

Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of moderately severe re-flux esophagitis. Methods 96 cases of moderately severe reflux esophagitis patients were divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 48 cases. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The observation group was treated with therapy of integrated medicine. The curative effect, the recurrence rate and the quality of life were compared. Results The effective rate,the recurrence rates of following up for 6 to 12 months, the MCS, PCS and total score after treatment of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P〈0.05, and there was statistically significant. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of moderately severe reflux esophagitis has remarkable effect, and can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life.
