中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎49例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease for 49 Cases

目的慢性盆腔炎运用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2013年12月—2014年12月收治的98例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序分为2组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组则运用中西医结合治疗,对2组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组的治疗总有效率较高,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组的血液流变学指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,相比较对照组而言,观察组患者的血液流变学指标改善明显,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用中西医结合的方法对慢性盆腔炎进行治疗,可以使患者的血液黏稠度得到明显改善,缓解患者的炎症症状,提高治疗效果,改善预后。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory dis-ease. Methods Selecting 98 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from December 2013 to December2014 as research objects, thery were divided into two groups in chronological order. The control group was given was normal treatment.The observation group used therapy of integrated medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the blood rheology indexes of two groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, comparing with the control group, the blood rheological index of the observation group improved significantly, and there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve patient＇s blood viscosity, alleviate inflammation symptoms, and improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis.
