神阙穴贴敷止涎贴治疗脾胃湿热型小儿滞颐的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Application Zhixian Tie on Shenque(RN8)in the Treatment of Pediatric Salivation of Heat-Wet in Spleen and Stomach

目的观察神阙穴贴敷止涎贴治疗脾胃湿热型小儿滞颐的临床疗效。方法将60例小儿滞颐患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予健儿清解液口服治疗,观察组在口服健儿清解液基础上给予神阙穴贴敷止涎贴,每天用药一次,用药7天为一个疗程。观察1~2个疗程。结果对照组总有效率为80.00%,观察组总有效率为86.70%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论神阙穴贴敷止涎贴治疗脾胃湿热型小儿滞颐有效,使用方便,安全无副作用,值得推广。

Objective To observe effect of acupoint application Zhixian Tie on Shenque（RN8） in the treatment of pediatric salivation of heat-wet in spleen and stomach. Methods 60 cases of patients with pediatric salivation were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given Jianer Qingjie liquid, while the observation group was given Jianer Qingjie liquid, and Shenque（RN8） acupoint application, once a day, 7 days for a period of treatment, observing 1-2 course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 80.00 % and 86.70, respectively（P0.05）, and there was statistical significance. Conclusion The acupoint application Zhixian Tie on Shenque（ RN8） in the treatment of pediatric salivation of heat-wet in spleen and stomach is more effective, convenient, safe and without side effects, and is worthy of promotion.
