穴位贴敷联合艾灸治疗老年脾肾阳虚型便秘30例

Acupoint Application combined with Moxa-wool Moxibustion in Treating Elderly Constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency for 30 Cases

目的联合中药穴位贴敷及艾灸疗法治疗老年脾肾阳虚型便秘,比较两者单独使用及联合使用的疗效。方法将90例老年脾肾阳虚型便秘患者随机分为3组:艾灸组、贴敷组、联合组,在接受相同的常规护理基础上,分别进行艾灸,中药穴位贴敷,中药穴位贴敷联合艾灸治疗。结果艾灸组、贴敷组、联合组有效率分别为66.7%、70.0%、93.3%。组间两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合艾灸治疗较两种方法单独使用时疗效更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in treating elderly constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, and to compared the effect of acupoint application and moxa-wool moxibustion alone, and the combination effect. Methods 90 cases of patients with elderly constipation patients of spleen and kidney yang deficiency were divided into three groups as follows： moxa-wool moxibustion group, acupoint application group and combination group. Besides of the base of routine nursing care, the three different groups received moxa-wool moxibustion, acupoint application and acupoint application combined with moxa-wool moxibustion. Results The effective rate of the moxa-wool moxibustion group, the acupoint application group and the combination group was 66.7%, 70.0% and 93.3%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the three groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion acupoint application combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in treating elderly constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency was better than acupoint application and moxa-wool moxibustion alone, and is worthy of clinical application.
