电针联合解郁利咽汤治疗梅核气155例

Electric Acupuncture combined with Jieyu Liyan Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis for 155 Cases

目的观察电针联合自拟解郁利咽汤加味治疗梅核气的疗效和安全性。方法将155例患者随机分为治疗组1组(电针+中药组)55例、治疗2组(中药组)50例、对照组(西药组)50例,治疗1组采用电针(双侧丰隆、三阴交、内关、照海、太冲、天容、廉泉)隔日1次,10日为1疗程,1个疗程结后束休息4日,继续第2个疗程。同时口服自拟解郁利咽汤加味,1日1剂,水煎服。治疗2组采用口服自拟解郁利咽汤加减,1日1剂,水煎服。对照组采用常规西药治疗,谷维素片10 mg,1日3次;维生素B6片20 mg,1日3次。上3组均治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。3组患者均于治疗前和疗程结束后检查肝肾功能、血尿常规。结果治疗1组、治疗2组有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1组和治疗2组的有效率进行组间比较,治疗1组优于治疗2组(P<0.05)。3组患者未见严重不良反应,治疗前和治疗结束时查患者血、大小便常规、肝肾功能均未见异常。结论电针联合自拟解郁利咽汤加味治疗梅核气能明显改善临床症状,具有良好的治疗效果,且无明显副反应。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of electric acupuncture combined with self- made Jieyu Liyan decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 155 patients were randomly divided into treatment group one of 55 patients（electric acupuncture and Chinese medicine group）, treatment group two of 50 cases（Chinese medicine） and control group of 50 cases（Western medicine group）. The treatment group one used electric acupuncture（Fenglong（ST40）, Sanyinjiao（SP6）, Neiguan（PC6）, Zhaohai（KI6）, Tai-chong（LR3）, Tianrong（SI17）, Lianquan（RN23））, once every other day, 10 days was a course of treatment. After one course of treatment,suspended for 4 days, and then began the seconf course of treatment. At the same time, used modified self-made Jieyu Liyan decoction, one dose each day. The treatment group two used modified self-made Jieyu Liyan decoction, one dose each day. The control group used routine Western medicine treatment, took 10 mg oryzanol tablets, three times a day, and took 20 mg Vitamin B6 tablets, three times a day. After two courses of treatment, the curative effect of the three groups was evaluated. Before and after treatment, the liver and kidney function, routine blood and urine of the three groups were tested. Results The effective rate of treatment group one and group two were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Compairng The effective rate of treatment group one was better than that of the group two（ P〈0.05）. The three groups had no serious adverse reaction. Before and at the end of the treatment, blood, routine urine, liver and kidney func-tion in patients were normal. Conclusion The electric acupuncture combined with self- made Jieyu Liyan decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis can obviously improve the clinical symptoms. It has good therapeutic effect, and no obvious side effects.
