中医综合护理对胰腺癌患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect on the Quality of Life of Patients with Pancreatic Cancer by TCM Comprehensive Care

目的探讨中医综合护理对胰腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年2月—2015年4月所收治的70例胰腺癌患者,采取随机数字法,将其平均分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),观察组患者给予中医综合护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,采取KPS评分标准,评定患者的生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者KPS评分提高率明显高于对照组,两组患者KPS生活质量评分存在着统计学差异(P<0.05)结论对胰腺癌患者给予中医综合护理效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect on the quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer by TCM comprehensive care. Methods Selecting 70 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer in our hospital from February 2013 to Apirl 2015, they were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 35 cases. The observation group was given TCM comprehensive care. The control group was given routine care. The quality of life was evaluated by the KPS scores standard. Results After intervention, the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM Comprehensive care can improve the quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
