摘要
目的分析并探讨在冠心病心绞痛患者中应用中西医结合护理干预的效果。方法选取100例冠心病心绞痛患者,依据护理方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为50例。对照组行常规护理,在对照组基础上,观察组行中西医护理。结果两组护理有效率和护理满意度比较,观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者中应用中西医结合护理干预可以显著地优化护理效果,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated medicine nursing intervention on patients with angina pectoris. Methods Choosing 100 cases of patients with angina pectoris, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nurs-ing method, and each group had 50 cases. The control group used regular nursing. The observation group used integrated medicine nursing intervention. Results The nursing effective rate and the satisfaction degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing intervention on angina pectoris can promote the nursing effect, and im-prove satisfaction degree.
