Two Proved Cases of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of TCM Chief Physician Cheng Shutao

介绍程书桃主任中医师运用针灸治疗常见病、多发病及疑难杂病的临床经验,认为在临证时应注重针灸手法量学的辨证施治,并倡导无痛针灸,实施疗法互补。根据疾病所处阶段进行准确辨证,紧抓主症,随证治之,对控制疾病进展有着重要作用。探讨针刺治疗面瘫倒错、热敏灸治疗高甘油三酯血症二案在针灸临床中的具体应用。

The clinical experiences of TCM Chief Physician Cheng Shutao in the treatment of the common disease, frequently-occurring diseases and miscellaneous diseases with therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion were introduced, that should pay attention to the syndrome differentiation of Acupuncture Manipulation Quantitative Science in clinical practice, and advocate the painless acupuncture, implement com-plementary treatments. According to the disease stage to make accurate syndrome differentiation, focusing on the primary syndrome, setting a treatment plan according to symptoms, and playing an important role to control the disease progression. The clinical application of acupunc-ture in the treatment of facial paralysis perversion and heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia were discussed.
