调摄冲任法治疗乳腺增生症80例

Regulating Chong and Conception Channels Method in the Treatment of Mastoplasia for 80 Cases

目的观察调摄冲任法治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法共观察80例乳腺增生症患者均为绝经前女性,采用调理冲任的中药(仙茅9 g,仙灵脾30 g,肉苁蓉12 g,鹿角片12 g(先煎)、山慈菇15 g,海藻30 g,三棱15 g,莪术30 g,甲珠15 g,制香附9 g,益母草30 g,当归12 g,泽兰9 g,元胡12 g)治疗,然后观察疗效及指标变化。结果 80例经治疗后有效40例(50.0%),显效38例(47.5%),无效2例(2.5%)。治疗后E2、全血粘度切速3.83 s和血细胞聚集指数均有显著改善。(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论调摄冲任法治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of regu lating chong and conception channels method in the treatment of mastoplasia. Methods 80 cases of patients with mastoplasia were premenopausal women, which adopted Chinese medicine of regulating chong and conception channels（ 9g common curculigo rhizome, 30 g shorthorned epimedium herb, 12 g desertliving cistanche, 12 g deer horn, 15 g appendiculate cremastra pseudobulb, 30 g seaweed, 15 g common buried rubber, 30 g zedoray rhizome, 15 g manis pentadactyia Linnaeus, 9g cyperus rotundus, 30 g motherwort herb, 12 g Chinese angelica, 9g hirsute shiny bugleweed herb, 12 g yanhu）. Then the curative effect and index change were observed. Results After treatment, 40 cases were effective（ 50%）, 38 cases showed effect（47.5%）, 2 cases were invalid（2.5%）. After treatment, the E2, the whole blood viscosity and cutting speed of 3.83 s and blood cell aggregation index significantly improved（P〈0.01, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The regulating chong and conception channels method in the treatment of mastoplasia has significantly clinical curative effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
