Progress on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病,是糖尿病临床常见的并发症。西医学在调节生活方式、控制血糖、控制高血压与蛋白尿方面进行对症治疗。而中医药则在糖尿病肾病的治疗方面通过调节生活方式,严格控制血糖、血压与蛋白尿,纠正血脂紊乱与中药辨证与专方治疗结合起来,取得了一定的治疗与研究进展,有效推进了糖尿病肾病中西医综合治疗的步伐。

Diabetic nephropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. Western medicine made symptomatic treatment in the regulation of life style, control blood glucose, control of hypertension and proteinuria. Chinese medicine treated diabetic nephropathy by regulating the life style, strict control of blood glucose, blood pressure and proteinuria to correct the disorder of blood lipid, combined with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, and a certain treatment and research progress were achieved which effectively promote therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
