摘要
目的:探讨小脑前下动脉的64层螺旋CT血管造影方法及其临床应用价值。方法:对欲行桥小脑角区手术的20例患者,采用64层螺旋CT进行小脑前下动脉血管造影,对图像进行三维重建,观察小脑前下动脉的显示情况及其形态学特征。结果:20例患者共38条小脑前下动脉显示,均起自基底动脉。小脑前下动脉的直径平均为(1.19±0.66)mm,86.8%的小脑前下动脉穿过面、蜗神经腹侧。结论:64层螺旋CT血管造影能够清晰显示小脑前下动脉的起始、管径、走行等形态学特征,为临床提供可靠的影像学诊断和解剖学依据。
Objective : To investigate the method and clinical application of 64-slice spiral computed tomography angiography of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery. Methods : 20 patients planned to surgery in the area of cerebellopontine angle underwent 64-slice spiral CT angiography. The obtained thin-slice images were reformatted by using maximum intensity projection,curved planar reformation and volume rendering to evaluate anterior inferior cerebellar arteries. The visibility and morphological features of the anterior inferior cerebellar arteries were assessed.Results: 38 anterior inferior cerebellar arteries in 20 patients were visualized and all the 38 arteries arose from basilar artery. The mean diameter at starting point of the anterior inferior cerebellar arteries were measured as(1.19±0.66)mm, 86.8% of them penetrates between the ventral side of facial nerve and auditory nerve. Conclusion : 64-slice spiral CT angiography could accurately demonstrate the origin, caliber, course, morphological features of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery,so it's helpful in discovering morphological features or abnormalities of anterior inferior cerebellar artery, offering us early and accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance.
