摘要
目的分析绿豆饮加减方治疗2型糖尿病合并轻中度高甘油三酯血症患者的临床疗效。方法选取该院就诊的60例2型糖尿病合并轻中度高甘油三酯血症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组的患者口服血脂康胶囊;治疗组患者则给予绿豆饮加减方汤剂内服,6周为1个疗程。监测治疗前后血糖、血脂水平的变化,计算有效率。结果对照组患者的有效率达到66.7%,明显低于治疗组患者的有效率93.3%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血糖、血脂水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血糖、血脂水平较治疗前有所降低,以治疗组的降低幅度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绿豆饮加减方组方以药食两用为主,降糖、降脂作用明显,无毒副作用,可供长期食用,且价格便宜,疗效确切,值得临床应用并推广。
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with mild to moderate and high triglyceride with the addition and subtraction. Methods Selected in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with mild and moderate hypertriglyeeridemia in patients with hyperlipidemia and randomly assigned to control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group, the control group patients were treated with Xuezhikang Capsule; the patients in the treatment group give mung bean Decoction Decoction taken orally, 6 weeks for a course of treatment. The changes of blood glucose and blood lipid levels were monitored before and after the treatment. Results The control group, the effective rate is 66.7%, significantly lower than the treatment group, the effective rate of 93.3%(P〈0.05); two groups of patients with treatment of blood glucose, blood lipid levels, there was no significant difference(P〉0.05), after treatment compared with before treatment, the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid decreased, in treatment group decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mung bean Decoction prescription medicine food dual-use oriented, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering effect significantly, non-toxic side effects, for long-term consumption and cheap, curative effect is exact, it is worth of clinical application and promotion.
