门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Insulin Aspart 30 Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将40例初诊为2型糖尿病的老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组仅采用门冬胰岛素30进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上给予二甲双胍进行治疗,疗程为3个月,观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率高达95%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两者均无严重低血糖事件发生。结论门冬胰岛素联合二甲双胍可有效治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病,可有效改善患者的血糖情况,提高血糖控制率,有利于患者各项指标的改善,不良反应增加不明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin in treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 40 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. Control group only treated with insulin aspart 30 treatment, the observation group is in the control group on the basis of metformin treatment, treatment for 3 months to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, the total effective rate was 70% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion insulin aspart combined with mefformin can be effective in the treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, can effectively improve the patient＇s blood sugar, is conducive to the improvement of the indexes in patients with.
