护理干预对老年糖尿病患者的心理影响

目的研究探讨护理干预对老年糖尿病患者的心理影响。方法将该院2014年2月—2015年2月收治的糖尿病老年患者72例按照统计学原理分为例数均为36例的对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规的护理措施,观察组患者实行护理干预措施,比较两组患者病情变化、心理与生活能力等方面的情况。结果护理结果显示,观察组患者空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖降低幅度明显优于对照组患者,数据符合差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时,观察组患者心理状况与生活能力等方面改善情况好于对照组患者,数据符合差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年糖尿病患者,在其治疗的过程中采用护理干预措施可以促使患者达到良好的恢复效果,提高患者生活质量,改善患者心理状况,值得在临床上推广应用。

Methods our,hospital in February 2014 - February 2015 treated 72 cases of diabetes mellitus elderly patients according to the statistics theory is divided into the number of cases of 36 cases of control group and observation group, control group were treated by routine nursing measures, observation group of patients in nursing intervention measures, comparing two groups of patients condition change, the psychological and living ability, etc. Results nursing, according to the results of observation group fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in patients with lower amplitude was better than the control group patients, data accord with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; At the same time, the observation group of patients psychological status and living ability improved better than that in control group patients, data accord with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion in elderly diabetes patients, in the process of its treatment nursing interventions can make patients get good recovery effect, improve the patients quality of life, improve patients psychological status, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
