住院老年糖尿病慢性并发症的临床护理方式研究

Study on the Clinical Nursing Method of Chronic Complications in Hospitalized Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨综合护理干预在老年糖尿病患者慢性并发症中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月于该院住院治疗的老年糖尿病患者68例,作为研究对象。所有患者均明确合并有糖尿病慢性并发症,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组患者34例,其中对照组患者住院期间仅接受基础护理措施,观察组患者行综合护理干预,比较两组患者治疗后总有效率及护理满意度、治疗依从性、生活质量。结果观察组治疗后显效15例,有效16例,总有效率为91.18%,明显高于对照组的79.41%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者干预后生活质量、治疗依从性评分及护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对老年糖尿病合并慢性并发症住院患者施行综合护理干预有助于提高患者临床治疗效果,并可显著改善患者生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention on the value of elderly diabetic chronic complications. Methods Between January 2014 and January 2015 in our hospital 68 cases of elderly diabetes patients hospitalized with,as the research object.All patients with diabetic chronic complications,the stochastic indicator method is used to divided into observation group and control group,each group of 34 cases of patients with the control group patients during hospitalization,only accept basic nursing measures,observation group of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients after total effective rate and nursing satisfaction,treatment adherence,and quality of life. Results Observation group 15 cases were markedly improved after treatment,16 cases effectively,the total effective rate was 91.18%, significantly higher than the 79.41% in the control group,P〈O.O5,the difference is statistically significant;Observation group of patients quality of life after intervention,treatment adherence scores and nursing satisfaction score is significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The comprehensive hospital patients of elderly diabetic chronic complications nursing intervention is helpful to improve the effect of clinical treatment,and can significantly improve patients＇quality of life,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, clinical application and popularization value.
