摘要 目的对糖化血红蛋白的检测技术及临床应用予以探究并分析。方法随机选取该院自2014年5月—2015年5月期间收治的糖尿病患者共80例作为此次研究对象,将其设为观察组,同期选取60名正常者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者采用糖化血红蛋白检测的结果,探讨其临床应用价值。结果对两组患者进行检测后,观察组患者的空腹血糖值和糖化血红蛋白指标显著高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者在检查时采用糖化血红蛋白检测技术,可根据患者血糖异常状况,提高临床诊断价值,为后期患者治疗和预后提供医学指导和参考,因此,糖化血红蛋白检测是糖尿病患者的一种值得推广的检测技术,值得在临床上推广和应用。 Objective To explore and analyze the detection technology and clinical application of glycosylated hemoglobin. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes were selected from May 2014 to May 2015 as the research object, which was set as the observation group, and 60 cases of normal subjects as control group, compared with two groups of patients with glycosylated hemoglobin test results, and to explore its clinical application value. Results After detection of the two groups, the observation group of patients with fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference between groups (P〈0.05), and the difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of glycosylated hemoglobin detection technology in the examination of patients with dia-betes can improve the clinical diagnostic value, provide medical guidance and reference for the treatment and prognosis of patients with diabetes.
