2型糖尿病老年患者合并轻度认知功能障碍的药物干预研究

Drug Intervention Study on Type 2 Diabetes Elderly Patients with Mild Cog-nitive Impairment

目的讨论2型糖尿病老年患者合并轻度认知功能障碍的药物干预问题。方法选取该院于2013年1月—2015年1月间收治的150例2型糖尿病老年患者合并轻度认知功能障碍患者,随机将其分为观察组、对照组。其中观察组患者75例,接受尼莫地平联合甲钴胺治疗;对照组患者75例,接受尼莫地平联合叶酸治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果比较两组患者治疗前后的Mo CA评分情况,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者的Hcy评分,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病老年患者合并轻度认知功能障碍中发挥着重要作用,能显著改善患者各项指标评分,应该在临床上做进一步推广。

Objective To discuss the drug intervention of type 2 diabetes elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods 150 cases of type 2 diabetes elderly patient in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. In which 75 cases in the observation group, and were given nimodipine combined with treatment; another 75 case in the control group, and were given nimodipine combined with folic acid therapy. The treatment effects in these two groups were compared. Results Seen from the MoCA score before and after the treatment in these two groups comparison, the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）;and the Hcy score in the observation group was better than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nimodipine combined with plays an important role in type 2 diabetes elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment, can significantly improve the indicators scores, is worthy of clinical promotion.
