妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的孕期管理对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Pregnancy Management on Pregnancy Outcome in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇采用孕期管理的管理模式后对孕妇妊娠结果的作用。方法选择150例于2013年4月—2015年9月期间在该院治疗的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,将患者分为两组即观察组与对照组,对照组中的患者采用一般管理的管理方式,而观察组的患者在对照组管理的基础上进一步实施综合及人性化的孕期管理模式。结果观察组患者经综合及人性化的孕期管理模式后并发症状况明显小于对照组;观察组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇好转率为84%,满意程度为97.3%;对照组患者经护理后好转率为56%,满意程度为60%。两组数据观察组均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过实施综合及人性化的孕期管理模式,可以减少妊娠期糖尿病孕妇并发症的发生,提高患者心理状况的好转率,因此获得患者的好评,取得良好的社会效益。

Objective To investigate the effect of the management of pregnancy on the pregnant women with gestational di-abetes mellitus. Methods 150 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from April 2013 to Septem-bdr 2015 were divided into two groups：observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with general management. Results The complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the improvement rate was 97.3% in observation group and 84% in the control group. The satisfaction rate was 56% and the satisfaction degree was 60%. The data of the two groups were significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through the implementation of comprehensive and user-friendly management mode, can reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant women with diabetes, improve the psy-chological status of patients, so the patient＇s praise, and achieved good social benefits.
