糖尿病患者自我管理现状及影响因素的研究

Research on the Self Management Status and Influence Factors of Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者自我管理现状和影响因素。方法使用问卷调查法对2014年9月—2015年9月来该院治疗的260例糖尿病患者进行调查,观察患者自我管理现状并且分析影响自我管理的因素。结果 260例患者自我管理调查表格总平均评分为(60.21±10.53)分;其中有并发症、吸烟、没有接受糖尿病健康教育、在岗是影响患者自我管理的原因。结论目前糖尿病患者的自我管理情况仍然处于较差的水平,护理人员要及时对患者开展系统健康教育,从而为改善患者生活质量和治疗效果奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influence factors of self-management in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 260 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015. The patients were treated with self management status and the factors affecting self management were analyzed. Results 260 cases of patient self management survey form the total average score for （60± 10.53）. Among them, complications, smoking, did not accept diabetes health education, on-the-job influence patient self-management. Conclusion The self management of patients with diabetes is still at a low level, nursing staff should carry out systematic health education to patients in time, so as to improve the quality of life and the effect of treatment.
