中西医结合护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用及效果观察

The Application and Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨在老年糖尿病患者临床治疗和临床护理过程中,中西医结合护理方法的应用效果,旨在促进老年糖尿病患者病情痊愈。方法选取2013年1月—2015年3月该院收治的老年糖尿病患者96例,随机均匀分成两组,观察组和对照组,对照组患者主要进行常规临床治疗和常规临床护理,观察组患者主要在对照组治疗基础上进行中西医结合护理,研究对比两组患者临床护理效果和患者后期病情改善情况。结果经过两组临床护理,平均住院时间观察组明显短于对照组,患者舒适度改善情况观察组明显优于对照组,且在患者护理满意度上,对照组明显低于观察组。结论在老年糖尿病患者临床治疗和护理过程中,进行中西医结合护理是比较可行的,不仅可以明显改善患者临床症状和体征、提升患者临床护理有效率,还能在改善患者生活质量的基础上优化患者护理满意情况。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and clinical nursing of elderly patients with diabetes, and to explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with dia-betes. Methods From January 2013 to March 2015, 96 cases of elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, the control group were treated with routine clinical treatment and routine clinical nursing. Results The average length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the con-trol group after two groups of clinical nursing, and the comfort level of patients in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, and the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group. Conclusion In the clinical treatment and nursing of elderly patients with diabetes, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is feasible, not only can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the clinical nursing efficiency, but also improve the quality of life in patients with the optimization of the patient care satisfaction.
