中医药治疗2型糖尿病用药规律分析

目的探索中医药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)用药规律。方法选择2012年10月—2015年10月中医治疗临床验证糖尿病取得良好疗效患者98例,从整体治疗方法当中提取糖尿病应用各类中药使用比例,频率与次数等,同时对中药治疗2型糖尿病用药规律进行分析。结果用中药对糖尿病进行治疗时,出现率最高为黄芪,接下来是茯苓,山药,天花粉,麦冬,白术,人参,山茱萸,泽泻,当归等。对2型糖尿病进行治疗一百四十多种中医药中,清热型药物用药频率是最高的,接下来为补气药,活血化瘀,补阴及利水渗湿的药物等。选取98例中医药治疗2型糖尿病且取得良好疗效患者当中,具有显著治疗效果70例,占71.43%;所有病人治疗有效性最高的已达百分之百有效率,最低有效率是67.83%。结论中医药对2型糖尿病进行治疗主要本着清热、益气养阴为主,祛痰为辅的治疗目的,应用中医药对糖尿病进行治疗过程中,一般采取活血化瘀,清热与补虚药等几个中药类型。

Select 98 cases of Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes and achieve good efficacy among patients with significant treatment effect in 70 cases, accounting for 71.43%; the highest effectiveness of treatment all patients had reached one hundred percent efficiency, the lowest effective rate is 67.83%. Conclusion Chinese medicine for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in a major heat, Yiqiyangyin based, expectorant, supplemented by therapeutic purposes, the application of Chinese medicine to treat diabetes process, in general, blood circulation, heat and tonic several types of traditional Chinese medicine.
