2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗和传统胰岛素注射治疗的疗效比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Insulin Pump Therapy and Conventional Insulin Injection in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的探讨分析胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法将90例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(采用胰岛素泵治疗)45例和对照组(采用传统胰岛素注射治疗)45例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者每个时间点的血糖水平均显著降低,血糖控制达标时间以及低血糖的发生率均显著降低(P<0.05),患者的满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论采用胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病取得了明显效果,明显缩短了患者血糖恢复时间、降低低血糖发生率,并且显著提高了患者的治疗满意度,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 cases of Type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group（45 cases） and control group（45 cases） with insulin pump therapy. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the average blood glucose and blood glucose levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and the blood glucose control time and the incidence of hypoglycemia were significantly lower（P〈0.05）, and the patient satisfaction was significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin pump therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has achieved significant results, significantly shorten the time of blood sugar recovery, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction, it is worth promoting in clinical application.
