益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效观察

Efficacy in Diabetic Patients with Coronary Yixinshu Capsule Treatment

目的观察益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选择该院收治的40例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为观察对象,收治时间为2013年5月—2015年5月,将其随机分成两组,对照组20例患者采用常规治疗,实验组20例患者在对照组基础上加用益心舒胶囊治疗,观察两组糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床疗效、血糖变化及心功能改善情况。结果实验组的临床疗效(95.00%)明显优于对照组(70.00%);且两组糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖变化及心功能改善情况,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用益心舒胶囊治疗的效果显著,能明显改善患者的血糖水平。

Methods Select our hospital 40 cases of diabetes in patients with coronary artery disease as the observed object, admitted time is from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, a control group of 20 patients were treated with conventional therapy, 20 patients in the experimental group in the control group, based on the use Yixinshu capsule treatment, the two groups of diabetic patients with coronary artery disease was observed in clinical efficacy, blood glucose and heart function improvement.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group（95.00%） was significantly better than the control group（70.00%）;and two changes of blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and heart function improvement were also differences（P〈0.05）, statistically meaningful. Conclusion Diabetic patients with coronary artery disease using Yixinshu capsule therapy for a significant effect, can significantly improve blood sugar levels in patients.
