合并糖尿病危重症患者肠内营养护理效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨研究合并糖尿病危重症患者的肠内营养支持与护理。方法选取自2013年8月—2015年2月该院共收治的有心、肺、脑功能损害的危重且患有合并糖尿病的32例患者,使用瑞代肠内持续泵入营养,并且同时配合使用一定剂量的胰岛素进行护理,观察对比患者在治疗前和治疗后末梢血糖和营养状况。结果经过治疗后的患者四段末梢血糖浓度稳定、指标趋于正常,合并糖尿病危重症患者各营养指标提示机体代谢呈正氮平衡。结论通过对合并糖尿病的危重症患者早期使用瑞代营养液持续肠内泵入,并且同时配合使用一定剂量的胰岛素控制血糖浓度,不仅可以有效地改善机体营养代谢状况,同时又可以减少各类并发症的发生率。 Objective To investigate the enteral nutrition support and nursing care of the patients with diabetes mellitus in the critically ill patients. Methods selected from February August 2013 to 2015 in our hospital is from heart, lung and brain function damage in the critically ill and 32 cases of patients with diabetes, using complicated intestinal continued to pump into the nutrition, and at the same time with the use a certain dose of insulin nursing, observation of patients before treatment and after treatment in peripheral blood glucose and nutritional status. Results after treatment, the concentration of blood glucose in the four stage of the patients was stable and the index tended to be normal, and the nutritional indexes of the patients with diabetes in the patients with diabetes were positive. Conclusion through on diabetes mellitus combined with critically ill patients early use of nutrient solution of complicated continuous enteral infusion, and, at the same time,with the use of a certain dose of insulin to control blood glucose concentration, not only can effectively improve the nutritional metabolism. At the same time, it can reduce the incidence of various complications.
