摘要
目的探讨和研究老年糖尿病骨颈骨折患者的有效临床护理手段,提高该院临床护理水平。方法通过总结分析自2013年8月—2015年7月期间该院接收治疗的78例老年糖尿病骨颈骨折患者的临床医疗记录,所有患者均由该院提供围手术期综合护理。结果全部老年糖尿病骨颈骨折患者手术都获得了成功,并且手术后的运动功能恢复情况较好,其中共3例患者发生了切口感染情况,另2例患者发生泌尿系统感染症状,在进行科学的医疗处置以后,均痊愈出院。结论对于老年糖尿病骨颈骨折患者,通过有效的围手术期护理,可以确保患者安全地度过手术期,并且可以降低手术以后并发症的发病率,从而帮助患者实现早日恢复健康。
Objective To explore and study the effective clinical nursing care of senile diabetic patients with bone fracture,and to improve the level of clinical nursing. Methods the clinical records of 78 cases of elderly patients with diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2013 were analyzed. All patients were provided by the nursing home. Results all of the elderly patients with diabetic bone fracture were successful, and the recovery of motor function after surgery was good. 3 patients had wound infection, and the other 2 patients had urinary tract infection. Conclusion for elderly patients with diabetic bone fracture patients, through effective perioperative nursing, can ensure that patients safely through the operation, and can reduce the incidence of complications after surgery, so as to help patients achieve an early resumption of health.
