摘要
目的探讨人性化护理服务在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果及价值。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月该院诊治的80例糖尿病患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法护理,实验组在对照组基础上联合人性化服务护理,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组护理总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组(85%)(P<0.05);实验组护理满意率为95%,显著高于对照组(65%)(P<0.05);实验组护理后药物依从性、饮食依从性以及遵医依从患者,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者治疗过程中实施人性护理化服务效果理想,值得推广应用。
