人性化护理干预在糖尿病护理中的应用效果

The Application Result Humanized Nursing Intervention in Diabetes Care

目的探讨针对糖尿病患者,观察在进行护理的过程中分析人性化护理干预的应用价值。方法选择该院2013年1月—2014年1月糖尿病患者60例。通过随机数表法完成糖尿病患者的临床分组。C2组(对照组30例):临床选择常规护理的方法;C1组(观察组30例):临床选择常规护理+人性化护理干预的方法。对比两组糖尿病患者在治疗依从性以及临床护理满意度两方面表现出的差异。结果两组糖尿病患者分别完成临床护理干预后,在临床护理总满意度以及临床治疗依从性两方面,C1组明显高于C2组糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者,在进行护理的过程中,临床给予人性化护理干预,最终糖尿病患者的治疗依从性获得了有效提高,糖尿病患者表现出较高的护理满意度,凸显人性化护理干预针对糖尿病患者给予临床干预的价值。

Objective To study the patients with type 2 diabetes, observed in nursing in the process of analysis the application value of the humanized nursing intervention. Methods From January 2013-01, 2014, 60 patients with diabetes.Through the stochastic indicator method complete diabetes clinical grouping. C2 group（the control group 30 cases） ： clinical choice of routine nursing methods; C1 group（observation group of 30 cases） ： clinical choose the method of routine nursing＋ humanized nursing intervention. Compared to two groups of patients with diabetes in the two aspects of treatment adherence and clinical nursing satisfaction showed differences. Results Two groups of patients with diabetes, respectively, after completion of clinical nursing intervention in clinical nursing total satisfaction as well as the two aspects of clinical treatment compliance, C1 group is significantly higher than C2 diabetic patients（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes, in the process of care, clinical give humanized nursing intervention, the treatment of patients with diabetes eventually won effectively improve adherence, diabetic patients showed higher nursing satisfaction, highlights the humanized nursing intervention for patients with diabetes to give the value of clinical intervention.
