继承改革成果与构建创新发展——学习《大学英语教学指南》

Carrying Forward the Reform Achievement and Building up the Innovative Development: On Appreciating the Guidelines for College English Teaching

大学英语教学在经历了十多年的改革后步入了一个新的时期,其标志就是《大学英语教学指南》(简称《指南》)的研制和即将颁布。本文简要回顾大学英语教学改革的历程,重点阐述了《指南》在5个方面对《大学英语教学要求》的继承性、《指南》本身8个方面的创新性和对全国大学英语教学5个重点方面的指导性。本文结论认为,《指南》作为纲领性文件必将指导全国大学英语教学进入一个新的改革时期,为提高教学质量、培养国际化人才做出贡献。

College English teaching has entered a new era after the reform of over 10 years with the promulgation of the Guidelines for College English Teaching （short for Guidelines） as a symbolic indication. The paper briefly reviews history of the reform, chiefly expounds the succession, innovation and instructiveness of the Guidelines. The paper concludes that Guidelines, as a programmatic document, will for certain provide the guidance to new trend of college English teaching reform, which will result in the improvement of teaching quality and cultivation of the internationalized students.
