摘要
能力为本的高职《小组工作》教学,是以能力为本的高职教育思想为理论依据,在教学工作中明确以职业能力为中心的教学目标,设计以工作过程为基础的教学内容,运用以任务驱动为导向的教学方法,构建以教学做一体化为指导的教学模式,实施以过程化考核为原则的考核方式,从而建立一个科学的课程教学体系,实现高职《小组工作》课程专业性和职业性的教学目标。
The capacity-based higher vocational teaching of "group work" is based on the theory of capacity-based higher vocational education. In the teaching process, we should clarify teaching objectives based on professional abilities, design teaching content based on working process, use task-driving-oriented teaching methods, construct the teaching mode of "teaching, learning and practicing", and use process assessment, to establish a scientific teaching system and achieve the professional and vocational teaching goal of higher vocational "group work".
