摘要 为提高露石水泥混凝土路用性能(抗滑、耐磨),对露石水泥混凝土配合比设计进行研究,结果表明:当砂率为20%,粒径4.75~9.5mm与9.5~13.2mm的集料比例为2∶1时,其路用性能最好。通过与普通混凝土路用性能比较发现,在保证耐磨的前提下,该级配露石水泥混凝土大大提高了混凝土路面的抗滑性能,吸声系数也比普通混凝土提高1倍左右。 The mix proportion design is studied in order to improve the anti-sliding and abrasion resistance performance of the low noise exposed-aggregate cement concrete road. The results show that the road performance are excellent when the sand ratio is 20% and the ratio of the aggregate with size of 4.75 9.5mm and that with size of 9.5 - 13.2mm is 2: 1. Compared with the road performance of ordinary cement concrete, it is found that the anti-sliding resistance performance of exposed-aggregate-concrete is greatly improved in the premise of guaranteeing abrasion resistance, also the sound absorption capability of exposed-aggregate cement concrete is doubled.
