枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃蕴热型皮肤病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction in the Treatment of Dermatosis of Excessive Heat in Lung and Stomach Pattern

目的:观察枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃蕴热型皮肤病的临床疗效。方法:156例皮肤病患者,其中66例寻常痤疮、48例激素依赖性皮炎、42例脂溢性皮炎,辨证均为肺胃蕴热型,采用枇杷清肺饮治疗,疗程均为4周,观察其疗效。结果:采用枇杷清肺饮加减治疗后,各组患者均获得理想效果,各个皮肤疾病类型的患者治疗后评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床痊愈55例,显效56例,有效27例,总有效率为88.5%。结论:枇杷清肺饮对肺胃蕴热型皮肤病具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction in the treatment of dermatosis of excessive heat in lung and stomach pattern. Methods： Dermatiosis patients of 156 cases,including 66 cases of acne vulgaris,48 cases of hormone dependent dermatitis and 42 cases of seborrheic dermatitis were all diagnosed as excessive heat in lung and stomach pattern according to patients＇ symptoms and signs. They were treated by Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction for four weeks and its efficacy was observed. Results： After taking Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction,all patients in each group manifested with an ideal result that 55 cases recovered,56 cases showed significant effect,27 cases showed effect,and the total effective rate was 88. 5%. Conclusion： Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction has a clear efficacy on dermatosis of excessive heat in lung and stomach pattern.
