鞣酸蛋白酵母散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Tannic Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的:分析鞣酸蛋白酵母散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:2013年6月至2014年6月之间,从200例患有小儿腹泻的患者中,任意抽取2个组,即观察组与对照组,每组人数都是100人。观察组患者服用鞣酸蛋白酵母散治疗,对照组服用思密达治疗。2个组患者治疗后的各类疗效指标进行比对,有显效指标、好转指标、无效指标,以及总有效率指标。结果:患者治疗后与治疗前比较,2个组患者腹泻状况均有不同程度改善,大便次数均有减少。指标检测显示,服用鞣酸蛋白酵母散治疗的观察组,患者总有效率为98%,服用思密达的对照组,患者总有效率为87%。服用鞣酸蛋白酵母散治疗的观察组,总有效率指标、以及其它各项疗效指标,均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:鞣酸蛋白酵母散治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,没有不良反应产生,安全可靠、无不良反应,适合于临床应用与推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods： Two hundred cases of patients enrolled into our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group,with 100 in each. Patients in the observation group took Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder and those in the control group took Smecta. After treatment,curative effects and total effective rates of the two groups were being compared. Results： After treatment,the symptoms were relieved in and defecation frequency were decreased in both groups.However,the total effective rate in the observation group was 98% while the control groups was 87%. Other indexes of curative effect also showed that the observation group performed better than the control group,and the differences were of statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder is significantly effective to treat infantile diarrhea. With no reported side effects or toxic effects,it could be widely adopted in clinical treatment.
