Review and Analysis of 6 000 Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:了解顺义区空港医院(以下简称"我院")门诊处方用药情况,促进医院合理用药,也为基层医院合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取我院2014年1—12月门诊处方6 000张,对不合理处方进行分析,并对其各季度存在问题的分布情况做出比较。结果:全年不合理处方占所抽查处方的3.72%(223/6 000),不规范处方占不合理处方的21.08%(47/223),不适宜处方占不合理处方的78.92%(176/223),以用法、用量不合理情况偏多。结论:我院门诊处方存在一定的不合理现象,应针对存在的问题制定相应的预防措施,以确保患者用药安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the situation of drug use of outpatient prescriptions in Beijing Shunyi Distinct Airport Hospital （ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） , so as to promote the rational drug use in our hospital and to provide reference for the primary hospital. METHODS： 6000 outpatient prescriptions from Jan. to Dec. in 2014 in our hospital were collected, irrational prescriptions were analyzed, problems existed in each quarter and the distribution were compared. RESULTS： Of the 6000 outpatient prescriptions, the irrational prescriptions accounted for 3. 72%（ 223/6000 ） . In irrational prescriptions, non-standard prescriptions took up 21. 08%（ 47/223 ） , and inappropriate prescriptions took up 78. 92%（ 176/223 ） , in which the situation of improper usage and irrational dosage accounted for a high proportion. CONCLUSIONS：There are some irrational phenomenon in drug use of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital, and correspond preventive measures should be formulated to deal with theses problems, so as to ensure the safety and validity of drug use for patients.
