摘要
目的:评价上海市松江区中心医院(以下简称"我院")口服他汀类药物的应用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:运用Excel2003对我院信息系统提供的2012—2014年他汀类药物的应用数据进行统计,对药品通用名称、商品名、规格、剂型、年消耗量、销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)等数据进行统计分析。结果:我院他汀类药物年销售额呈逐年上升趋势,辛伐他汀的销售金额及DDDs连续3年稳居第1,阿托伐他汀钙增长幅度明显。结论:我院他汀类药物以辛伐他汀为主,应用趋向成熟。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of oral strains in the Central Hospital of Shanghai Songjiang District（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）,and to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use.METHODS： Utilization data of statins during 2012-2014 were collected from hospital information system by Excel2003,the data of drugs＇ generic name, trade name, specification, preparation, annual consumption amount,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） were statistically analyzed. RESULTS： The consumption sum of statins in our hospital increased yearly,the consumption sum and DDDs of simvastatin continuously took the No. 1place during the last three years,and atorvastatin calcium increased obviously. CONCLUSIONS： The utilization of statins is mainly focus on simvastatin,which are soon going to reach maturity.
