Urology Perioperative Use of Antibacterial Drugs Analysis in the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing

目的:追踪调查泌尿外科围术期患者抗菌药物应用情况,分析其合理性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:随机抽取2010—2012年肇庆市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")泌尿外科手术出院患者病历129份,对其围术期抗菌药物应用的合理性进行评价。结果:泌尿外科围术期预防性应用抗菌药物指征过宽、时间过长,给药时机不合理。结论:我院泌尿外科围术期应用抗菌药物存在不足,应加强医院制度建设及对抗菌药物合理应用的管理,加强对医药工作者合理应用抗菌药物知识教育,进一步提高合理应用抗菌药物的知识水平。

OBJECTIVE： To conduct the tracing investigation of perioperative utilization of antibiotics on patients with urology surgery,and to analyze its rationality so as to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic.METHODS： 129 cases of discharged medical records were randomly selected from The First People＇s Hospital of Zhaoqing（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） during 2010-2012,the perioperative utilization rationality of antibiotics was analyzed. RESULTS： The indications of urology surgery for perioperative utilization of antibacterials were too wide,the time was too long, and the administration time was unreasonable. CONCLUSIONS： There were some problems in the perioperative utilization of antibiotics on patients with urology surgery. Thus,it is important to strengthen the establishment of hospital system and the management of rational utilization of antibiotics,and improve the education on rational application of antibiotics in medical workers,so as to further enhance the knowledge of rational utilization of antibiotics.
