汕头大学医学院第二附属医院剖宫产手术患者围术期预防应用抗菌药物分析

Analysis of Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in Perioperative Period of Caesarean Section in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College

目的:了解汕头大学医学院第二附属医院(以下简称"我院")剖宫产手术围术期预防应用抗菌药物的情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2014年1—9月293例剖宫产手术患者病历资料进行查阅统计、分析,总结剖宫产围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性。结果:我院剖宫产手术患者围术期均预防性应用抗菌药物,选药品种以五水头孢唑林使用率最高;给药途径除1例口服外,其余均采用静脉滴注;160例给药时机合理;给药疗程普遍较长;不合理用药情况主要是给药时机和给药疗程不合理。结论:我院剖宫产手术患者围术期预防应用抗菌药物基本合理,但仍存在一定的问题,需全院医务人员共同参与,进一步加强监管。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the prophylactic application of antibiotics in perioperative period of caesarean section in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. METHODS： By retrospective investigation,the data of 293 patients with caesarean operation in our hospital during Jan. to Sept. 2014 were consulted and analyzed,and rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics in perioperative period of caesarean operation were summarized. RESULTS： In our hospital, patients with caesarean operation all used antibiotics,and the application rate of five water cefazolin was the highest. Except 1 case with oral administration,the route of administration for others were intravenous dripping. The administration time of 160 cases was rational. The medication duration was generally long. The irrational phenomenon of prophylactic application of antibiotics in perioperative period of caesarean section were mainly the irrational administration time and medication duration.CONCLUSIONS： The prophylactic application of antibiotics in perioperative period of caesarean section in our hospital is basically rational,but there are still some irrational problems,which needs the participation of all medical staff and the further strength of supervision.
