临床药师干预前、后外科围术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

Analysis of Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in Surgical Perioperative Period before and after Intervention by Clinical Pharmacists

目的:了解临床药师干预前、后外科围术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况,探讨临床药师干预在合理用药方面取得的成效,为临床药师开展药学服务提供参考。方法:随机抽取蚌埠市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")2011年7月—2012年6月(干预前)及2013年7月—2014年6月(干预后)外科Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物病例各300例,对用药合理性进行评价与分析。结果:临床药师干预后,我院外科围术期抗菌药物预防性使用率、药物选择、联合用药、给药时间等方面都较干预前有了明显改善。结论:临床药师的干预促进了外科围术期合理地预防性应用抗菌药物,提高了合理用药水平。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the prophylactic application of antibiotics in surgical perioperative period before and after intervention by clinical pharmacists,and to probe into the achievements of rational drug use in clinical pharmacists＇ intervention, so as to provide reference for the development of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists. METHODS： 300 cases of patients who underwent type I incision and type Ⅱ incision in surgical perioperative period were respectively collected from Jul. 2011 to Jun. 2012（ before intervention） and Jul. 2013 to Jun.2014（ after intervention） in The First People＇s Hospital of Bengbu（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）. The rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics in surgical perioperative period was compared. RESULTS： After intervention of clinical pharmacists,the rate of prophylactic application of antibiotics in surgical perioperative period had been improved significantly in respect of usage rate,antibacterial selection,drug combination and administration time,etc. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists＇ intervention rationally promote the prophylactic application of antibiotics in surgical perioperative period,and improve the level of rational drug use.
