氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊配伍富马酸阿奇霉素治疗慢性咽炎的疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Capsules Combined with Fumaric Acid Azithromycin in Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis

目的:探讨氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊配伍富马酸阿奇霉素治疗慢性咽炎的疗效和安全性。方法:选择荆州市第二人民医院2012年4月—2014年10月收治156例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各78例。对照组患者应用富马酸阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊,观察2组患者的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为92.31%(72/78),对照组患者的总有效率为74.36%(58/78),2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为12.82%(10/78),对照组为10.26%(8/78),2组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊配伍富马酸阿奇霉素治疗慢性咽炎可有效消除咽部炎症反应,缓解咽部不适,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the efficacy and safety of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsules and fumaric acid azithromycin in treatment of chronic pharyngitis.METHODS：156 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted into the Second People＇s Hospital of Jingzhou from Apr.2013 to Oct.2014 were selected as the research objects,who were divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 78 cases in each group.The control group were treated with fumaric acid azithromycin,while the observation group additionally received Dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsules based on the control group.The total effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group[（ 92.31%,72 /78） VS（ 74.4%,58 /78],the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Also,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 12.82%（ 10 /78）,and in control group was 10.26%（ 8 /78）,there were no significant difference between two groups（ P〉0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsules combined with azithromycin fumarate in treatment of chronic pharyngitis can effectively eliminate the pharyngeal inflammation and relieve throat discomfort with few adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
