摘要
目的:分析丹阳市第二人民医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理应用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:以我院计算机系统记录的2011—2014年中药注射剂的使用数据为基础,统计分析各种中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用及排序比。结果:我院中药注射剂年增长率相差较大。心脑血管类中药注射剂在临床占主导地位。中药注射剂用药同步性较好。结论:2011—2014年间,我院中药注射剂的使用基本合理,但仍应重视其安全性、有效性、合理选择使用。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the application of TCM injections in the Second People＇s Hospital of Danyang（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,and to provide reference for the clinical rational application of TCM injections.METHODS：Statistical analysis was conducted on various types of TCM injections in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and ranking ratio,which was based on the application data of TCM injections that recorded by the computer system of our hospital during 2011-2014.RESULTS：The annual growth rate of TCM injections in our hospital had bigger difference.The TCM injections of cardiovascular dominated the main places.And the synchronism of application of TCM injections was good.CONCLUSIONS：During 2011-2014,the application of TCM injection is basically rational,but it is still necessary to pay attention to its security,effectiveness and rational selection.
