213例中药注射剂不良反应分析

Analysis of 213 Cases of Adverse Reactions Caused by TCM injections

目的：了解昆山市中医医院（以下简称＂我院＂）中药注射剂不良反应（adverse drug reaction,ADR）的发生特点。方法：对我院2005—2015年213例中药注射剂ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果：中药注射剂引起的ADR中,男性120例（56.34%）,女性93例（43.67%）,男女比例为1.29∶1;在中老年中出现较多,其中40-79岁患者占44.6%;累及器官和（或）系统排前3位的分别是皮肤及其附件损害、全身性损害和循环系统损害;血塞通注射剂和血栓通注射剂是ADR发生较多的药物。结论：中药注射剂ADR临床表现多样,涉及药品种类较多,应加强规范,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ ADR） caused by traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） injections in the TCM Hospital of Kunshan（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）.METHODS：213 cases of ADR reports caused by TCM injections in our hospital during 2005-2015 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS：Of the ADR case caused by TCM injections,120 cases were males（ 56.34%） and93 cases were females（ 43.67%）,the gender ratio was 1.29∶ 1.The majority were the middle and old aged patients,among which patients aged 40-79 years old took up 44.6%.The top three involved organs or systems were skin and its accessories damage,systemic lesions and circulatory system damage.Xuesaitong injections and Xueshuantong injections were the drugs that induced ADR with high frequency.CONCLUSIONS：ADR caused by TCM injections have diverse clinical manifestations,and involve many kinds of drugs,which need to strengthen the specification and promote the rational use of drug.
