肝豆状核变性患者肝脏剪切波速度与铜生化指标间的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用超声声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术测量肝脏组织的剪切波速度(SWV)评估肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者肝脏的硬度,并将其与实验室铜生化指标进行对比,探讨两者间是否存在一定的相关性。方法测量153例HLD患者肝右后叶SWV,并同时检测患者体内血清铜离子(Cu^(2+))、铜蓝蛋白以及铜氧化酶的含量,应用SPSS 18.0软件对SWV值与血清Cu^(2+)、铜蓝蛋白、血清铜氧化酶之间分别进行Pearman相关性分析。结果肝脏SWV值与血清Cu^(2+)、铜蓝蛋白两者无相关性,与血清铜氧化酶之间存在负相关,其相关系数r为-0.391(P=0.029)。结论超声VTQ技术具有简单易行、重复性好等特点,有助于临床评估HLD患者肝脏的损伤程度,并可在一定程度上无创评估HLD患者体内铜的转运能力。 Objective To investigate the correlation between liver shear wave velocity( SWV) and biochemical indices of copper by employing virtual touch tissue quantification( VTQ) to measure SWV and assess liver stiffness in the patients diagnosed with hepatolenticular degeneration( HLD). Methods The SWV in the right posterior lobe of liver and serum copper ion( Cu^(2+)),ceruloplasmin and copper oxidase were measured in the 153 patients with HLD. The correlation between SWV and Cu^(2+),ceruloplasmin and copper oxidase was evaluated by Pearson's correlation analysis using SPSS 18. 0 statistical software. Results Liver SWV was not correlated with Cu^(2+) or ceruloplasmin,whereas negatively correlated with copper oxidase( r =- 0. 391,P= 0. 029). Conclusions The VTQ technique is simple and reproducible,contributes to the assessment of HLD severity and evaluates the capability of transferring copper noninvasively.
