新型布尼亚病毒和布鲁杆菌同时感染一例

Co-infection of Novel Bunyavirus and Brucella: a case report

新型布尼亚病毒和布鲁杆菌同时感染较为罕见,该文报告1例新型布尼亚病毒和布鲁杆菌同时感染病例。患者因发热、乏力、左下肢疼痛、神志恍惚入院,血清新型布尼亚病毒RNA检测呈阳性,临床诊断为发热伴血小板减少综合征。经对症治疗,患者相关症状一度减轻,但数日后再度出现明显的发热、出汗、关节疼痛表现,病原学检查提示同时合并布鲁杆菌感染。该例新型布尼亚病毒和布鲁杆菌同时感染导致患者的临床表现复杂,提示当某种感染性疾病经过恰当的治疗病情好转后,患者再度出现新的临床表现时,应考虑到患者是否同时合并其他感染。

Co-infection of Novel Bunyavirus and Brucella has been rarely reported in clinical settings.In this article,one patient co-infected by Novel Bunyavirus and Brucella was reported. The patient was hospitalized due to fever,fatigue,pain in the left leg and unconsciousness. Novel Bunyavirus RNA was detected positive in the serum sampling. Clinical manifestations included fever complicated with thrombocytopenia. After corresponding therapy,relevant symptoms were alleviated. However,severe fever,sweating and joint pain were observed during subsequent days. Etiological examination prompted that the patient was co-infected by Novel Bunyavirus and Brucella. In this report,the patient co-infected by Novel Bunyavirus and Brucella presenting with complex clinical manifestations. Attention should be paid to the risk of co-infection if relevant symptoms were mitigated and then novel manifestations occurred.
