草原红牛及其杂种牛微卫星标记与生产性能 被引量:4

Study on Microsatellite Marker and Production Capacity of Steppe Red Cattle and Their Cross-bred Cattle

摘要 为更好地研究如何对草原红牛进行品种改良,提高其生产性能,采用草原红牛、草原红牛与利木赞牛杂交后代共计45头牛为试验牛群体进行了增重研究,选取ETH225、IDVG44、IDVGA55 3个位点,对不同标记基因型间生产性状指标进行差异显著性检验并进行了多重比较。结果表明:协变量初始重对饲后重的影响极显著,在剔除了初始重的影响后,增重效果差异极显著(P<0.01)。为进一步研究性状与微卫星关系,以体尺、体重等作为衡量其生长发育指标,并测定其肉用性能,利用SPSS20.0统计软件分析了3个微卫星位点基因标记与生长性状评分的关系,表明3个微卫星标记与牛的生长发育性状存在相关影响。 To study how to produce improved Steppe Red Cattle and improve their production capacity,a total of 45 Steppe Red Cattle,cross-bred cattle of Steppe Red Cattle and Limousin cattle were chosen to study their weight gain. The three Loci as pl of ETH225,IDVG44 and IDVGA55 were selected,difference significance of production capacity of different labeled genes was tested,and multiple comparison was made. The results show that covariate initial weight has great effect on weight after feeding. After eliminating the influence of the initial weight,difference( P〈 0. 01) of weight gain effect is significant. To further study the relationships between microsatellite markers and production performance,taking body measurements and body weight as indexes of growth and development,its meat quality was tested. Using SPSS20. 0,relevance of the labeled gene and growth traits of the three microsatellite Loci as pl and meat muscle linear scale properties were analyzed. The results show that the three microsatellite markers are correlated to the growth and development traits of the cattle.
