北京奥运会后中国竞技排球发展战略研究

Development Strategy on Chinese Competitive Volleyball After the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games

中国排球曾经在世界排坛上创造过辉煌的成绩。但是2008年北京奥运后中国排球在各类世界大赛中表现欠佳,成绩快速下滑。随之在我国排球运动发展过程中的种种矛盾也凸显而出。因此,探明当前中国排球运动发展过程中的有利因素和不利因素,确定出今后中国排球运动发展的道路和方向是本研究的主要目的。本文采用访问调查法、SWOT分析法,以中国排球管理中心相关领导,排球学者,国家队教练员及全国排球甲A联赛的各俱乐部男女排教练员,国际、国家级排球裁判员等为调查对象,对当前中国竞技排球发展过程中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析研究。结果显示,最适合中国竞技排球发展的战略是以进取型为主的争取型发展战略,采取积极开拓的战略措施。

Chinese volleyball team had created brilliant achievements in the world. However,it had a poor performance and a rapid decline in many important matches in the world after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Contradictions have also been highlighted out in the process of development. Therefore,the main aims of this study are to clarify favorable and unfavorable factors,and to determine the direction and road in the development of Chinese volleyball. This paper investigated the leaders of Chinese Volleyball Management Center,volleyball researchers,coaches in national team and clubs of National Volleyball League A,international and national volleyball referees,and analyzed advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats existed in the process of development of current Chinese competitive volleyball by the methods of investigation and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the best suitable strategy for Chinese competitive volleyball development is aggressive development strategy with actively exploration measures.
