摘要
本文通过对同步带电子轴、次直驱式电子轴、直驱式电子轴等三种无轴装版结构的对比,提出直驱式电子轴(由伺服电机直接驱动印版旋转的无轴装版结构)最能满足高印刷速度、高套印精度、运转平稳、操作方便等要求。
This is mainly about the comparisons among the three structures without shaft-mounted version, which are the timing belt electronic axis, the second direct-driven electronic axis, and the directly driven electronic shaft. Furthermore, the text indicates that the directly driven electronic shaft (plate rotating directly driven by electric motor with the structure without shaft-mounted version) can satisfied the requirements of high printing speed, high overlay accuracy, smooth operation, easy operation and etc.
