摘要
主要研究以EPDM作为基体材料,采用不同牌号的乙丙橡胶并用、加入不同阻燃剂,通过测试胶料的力学性能和阻燃性能进行对比。结果表明,随着EPDM697并用比例增加,其综合力学性能略有降低,胶料阻燃性能变差;在EPDM539/EPDM697共混胶中,用硼酸锌代替氢氧化铝,胶料力学性能和阻燃性能相差不大;加入不同种类磷酸酯阻燃剂DMMP、TCCP、FR-107,胶料力学性能相差不大,但其阻燃性变好,其中加入FR-107的胶料阻燃性能较好。
This paper studies with EPDM as the base material, using different grades of EPDM and different flame retardants, comparing test compounds by the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties. The results shows that, with the increase in the proportional of EPDM697, its mechanical properties are slightly lower, and flame retardant properties are worse; In EPDM539 / EPDM697 blends, using zinc borate instead of aluminum hydroxide, the mechanical and flame retardant properties have little difference; adding different types of phosphate flame retardant DMMP, TCCP and FR-107, the mechanical properties have little difference, but its flame resistance becomes better, especially the one added with FR-107.
