摘要
针对轮胎企业成型车间温湿度监控需求,提出了一种新颖系统解决方案。通过采用最新的zigbee技术和高精度温湿度传感器SHT21,实现了企业级车间内部温湿度信息的集中监控管理。经验证,该系统运行可靠、易于组网,为企业提升产品品质、降低能源消耗、深化工艺控制创造了条件。
For temperature and humidity monitoring requirements in molding workshop of tire companies, this paper proposes an innovative system solution. By using the latest zigbee technology and high-precision temperature and humidity sensors SHT21, the system enables centralized monitoring and management of enterprise-level workshop internal temperature and humidity information. Validated, the system is reliable, easy to network, and it creates the conditions for improving product quality, reducing energy consumption, and deepening the process control.
