THE COMPARISON BETWEEN PRESSURE GROUTING PILE AND STATIC PRESSURE PILE CONSTRUCTION OF LONG SPIRAL DRILLING

长螺旋钻孔压灌桩工艺和静压桩工艺在实际工程施工中,各自都存在着较大的缺陷。经过反复实践,先采用长螺旋钻机取土引孔后,再实施工静压桩处理的方案,如此施工方案,既可以保证桩身质量和单桩承载力,又能有效地消除静压桩的挤土效应影响。

In the long spiral drilling,pressure grouting pile and stastic pressure pile separately have its own serious defect. According to the repeat practice,we use the long spiral drilling for earth drilling and guide hole at first,then carry out processing with the static pressure pile. This scheme not only can ensure the pile quality and the bearing capacity of single pile but also effectively eliminate the soil squeezing effects of static pressure pile.
