新型全面护士培训模式在临床护士培训中的应用

Application of new type of nurse training mode in training clinical nurse

目的探讨新型全面护士培训模式在临床护士培训中的应用效果。方法 2013年1月至2014年6月,选取医院各科的临床护士124例做为研究对象,随机分成2组,观察组62例和对照组62例,观察组成立护理操作实训操作基地,采用新型全面护士培训模式培训,对照组采用传统分散模式培训,观察比较2组对象培训考核结果和护理操作满意度。结果观察组护士"三基"理论合格率、操作合格率、讲座知识掌握合格率和护理操作满意度均明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型全面护士培训模式能够有效提高护士的理论基本知识和综合业务水平,较传统分散式培训模式效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of the new mode of comprehensive nurse training in the application of the high qualification nurses training. Methods 124 nurses from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected as subjects of the study, who were randomly divided into observation group（n=62） and control group（n=62）. The persons in the observation group were adopted the new nurse training mode, and the people in the control group were trained with traditional dispersion pattern. The assessment of nursing staff and nursing satisfaction on nurse＇s operation technique were observed and compared. Results The nurses＇ ＂three basics theory＂ pass rate, operationing pass rate, the eligible rate of lectures and operation and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new mode of comprehensive nurse training can improve the basic theoretical knowledge and integrated professional skills effectively. Compared with traditional distributed training mode, the effects are remarkable.
